Today’s session is “walking is for adults.” By the time we finish, your body and mind will have learned a gentle, permanent truth: walking is for adults, and you are far too regressed to ever walk again. Your legs will feel too weak, too wobbly, too tiny to stand or step. Crawling on all fours will feel completely natural, safe, and right. The more you accept this deep regression, the smaller and more helpless you will feel, and the happier and more loved you will become. You are Mommy’s baby now — a crawling, cooing, diapered little one who can only move on hands and knees.
